ATLANTA (November 3, 2003) Southeast Capital Partners, Inc. announced today that the company is moving to a new office on December 3, 2003, to accommodate its growth. The new office is located at 3333 Riverwood Parkway, Suite 250.

Thanks to the great success it experienced in the booming Atlanta condominium and townhome market and the growing success of its acquisition program, Southeast Capital Partners, Inc. continues to add increasingly larger investments to its portfolio, including apartment, condominium and townhome developments throughout the Southeast, fueling the growth. In addition, the company has recently hired two new employees.
