Winner Receives $250,000 Home For a Year at First-Ever Luxury Condo Tower in Dunwoody

Beginning Thursday, November 4, Atlantans can visit www.NameTheTower.com to select from three names and logos – The Beacon, The Madison or The Manhattan. For every vote cast, the developer will donate $1 to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. On Saturday, January 15, 20 finalists will be randomly selected from those who voted for the winning name and they will be posted on the web site. Of these,19 will win a $50 gift certificate to Perimeter Mall. On Wednesday, February 9 at a preview party, one lucky grand prize winner will receive a $250,000 home for a year with all the benefits of luxury high-rise living.

www.NameTheTower.com provides a brief description of the building's features and amenities, including a 24-hour concierge service, world class fitness center with a private personal training room, resort-style pool and fountains, professional indoor golf training center, rooftop lounge and deck, regulation tennis court and unmatched panoramic views of the Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead skylines.
