The Stratford was purchased for approximately $14.6 million. The community consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes with six floor-plan styles to complement every lifestyle requirement. Nine-foot ceilings, gas fireplaces, garden windows, energy efficient appliances and garden tubs account for just some of the myriad interior amenities.
